<\/span>1. Where can I find all the rules and regulations for my participation in the event?<\/h3>\n

All specific rules, as well as guidelines regarding the payment of mandatory fees, will be available on the Exhibitor Electronic Portal. You will receive your login and password to access the website after sending the formalized contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/article>

<\/span>2. As of what date will the specific rules be available in the Exhibitor Manual?<\/h3>\n

The event rules are made available on the exhibitor's electronic portal always 90 days before the start of the setup date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/article>

Note:\u00a0<\/strong>On 11\/19, setup will only be permitted until 4 PM. The period from 4 PM to 8 PM is reserved for decoration and minor adjustments to the booth. There will be 3 (three) days of setup (24h). As a reminder, CAEX service hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
On the day of assembly, the entry of people wearing shorts, tank tops, or flip-flops, as well as minors under 16 (sixteen) years of age, even if accompanied by their guardians, will be strictly prohibited. Nursing infants up to a maximum of 1 year of age are excepted.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

<\/span>5. Can trucks enter the Pavilion throughout the entire assembly period?<\/h3>\n

Access must be made through the service gate (Miguel Est\u00e9fano Street, near number 3000, opposite the main gate of the Botanical Garden).\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the first day of setup, trucks are allowed to enter the pavilion only to unload.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/article>

<\/span>6. What documents are required for the contractor to access the Pavilion to begin assembling my booth?<\/h3>\n

To enter the pavilion, the automaker \/ exhibitor must submit the original copies of the documents below:<\/p>\n
