A 16th Reatech \u2013 International Fair of Technologies for Rehabilitation, Inclusion and Accessibility,<\/a>which starts this Thursday (13) and runs until Sunday (16), has prepared a series of side activities, involving subjects such as technology, rehabilitation, and accessibility. The Dorina Nowill Foundation for the Blind, a benchmark in social inclusion projects for people with visual impairments, will be involved in some of these activities, reinforcing the team of excellence that will be at the fair. \n<\/p>\n \n\tThis year marks the centenary of the institution's founder, who for over 70 years has been dedicated to the social inclusion of people with visual impairments. \u201cOur founder, Dorina Nowill, dedicated her life to the cause of people with visual impairments. For all of us, keeping her legacy alive means contributing to the inclusion of everyone in society,\u201d explains Alexandre Munk, superintendent of the Dorina Foundation.\n<\/p>\n \n\tProfessor and Master Eliana Cunha will participate in the second day of Reamed<\/a>, Congress of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Active in the field of visual impairment for 30 years, today she coordinates the Inclusive Education area at the Dorina Foundation. The professor will address the Visual Rehabilitation in Low Vision<\/em>, highlighting concepts, optical and non-optical resources, and assistive technologies. \n<\/p>\n
