Lawyer and ICOM Ambassador

He is a lawyer and Ambassador of ICOM - Sign Language Mediation Platform. He served as Municipal Secretary for the Person with Disabilities of São Paulo and Deputy State Secretary for the Rights of the Person with Disabilities. He also serves as Coordinator of the Accessibility Innovation Hub at InovaUSP and CEO of the WSA Brazil Award.

Rafaella Bensuaski

Social Worker

A trained Social Worker with a specialization in Social Psychology, she worked for 10 years at the Robert Bosch Institute leading social projects for children and adolescents. For the past 5 years, she has been acting as a project leader in the human resources area at Bosch Campinas, leading projects such as Diversity and Inclusion, Healthcare, Talent Attraction, etc. Passionate about people and about contributing to their lives.

He is an Assistive Technology expert and a consultant in equity and inclusion. He served as the National Secretary for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and currently participates in strategic spaces within research and public policy. Recognized with national awards, he is dedicated to promoting accessibility and equal opportunities.

She is the People & Culture Director at Hand Talk, holds a degree in Psychology from PUCC, and a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience from Unicamp. With over 15 years of HR experience, she has led cultural transformations in large corporations and startups, focusing on people analytics, change management, diversity, and inclusion. Recognized with more than 10 awards in GPTW rankings, including “IT Executive of the Year” (IT Mídia, 2021) and “Most Admired HR Professional” (Gestão RH, 2023), she operates with a multicultural perspective across LATAM, EMEA, and the US. At Hand Talk, she connects her passion for people with the company's purpose: making the world more inclusive through accessible technology, creating inspiring cultures that drive talent and business.

PET Course Animal-Assisted Therapy

O Animal-Assisted Therapy It is a recognized practice that uses interaction with animals as a resource in formal therapeutic processes, conducted by qualified professionals with specific objectives.

During the Pet Course, you will have contact with real cases, different approaches, and the work of animals such as dogs, cats, and even reptiles, in projects that promote well-being, inclusion, and human development.

O Equine-Assisted Therapy Technical Improvement Workshop happens inside the Reatech + Expo Brasil Paralímpico, and is a reference for professionals who want to deepen their knowledge of the practice.

With specialists from ANDE-BRASIL and prominent guests, the workshop presents technical content, practical experiences, and updates on modalities that combine equine-assisted therapy and para-equestrian sport.
