1. Where can I find all the rules and regulations for my participation in the event?
All specific rules, as well as guidelines regarding the payment of mandatory fees, will be available on the Exhibitor Electronic Portal. You will receive your login and password to access the website after sending the formalized contract.
2. As of what date will the specific rules be available in the Exhibitor Manual?
The event rules are made available on the exhibitor's electronic portal always 90 days before the start of the setup date.
3. What are the setup and teardown dates/times?

5. Can trucks enter the Pavilion throughout the entire assembly period?
Access must be made through the service gate (Miguel Estéfano Street, near number 3000, opposite the main gate of the Botanical Garden).
On the first day of setup, trucks are allowed to enter the pavilion only to unload.
6. What documents are required for the contractor to access the Pavilion to begin assembling my booth?
To enter the pavilion, the automaker / exhibitor must submit the original copies of the documents below:
- Liability term (stamped and signed) by both the exhibitor and the stand builder;
- ART or RRT for the project execution and electrical installation of the stand, including proof of payment (the date stated on the ART / RRT must range from the first day of setup to the last day of dismantling of the event);
- Project copy;
- Security deposit for non-members of SINDIPROM, or proof of membership for SINDIPROM members.
7. What is the minimum age allowed in the Pavilion during setup and teardown?
Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter during assembly and disassembly periods.

9. What documents should I present at the event entrance?
To access the event, you must register yourself and your service providers through the exhibitor portal, and an ID (RG) will be required to pick up the credentials.
10. How to proceed to issue the shipping invoice for exhibition?
The invoice for shipping the goods to be exhibited must be issued in the exhibitor's own name with their CNPJ and State Registration, and contain supplementary data:
– Goods intended for exhibition at the Exposec fair to be held on ______/______/_________, at São Paulo Expo – Rodovia dos Imigrantes Km 1.5 – Vila Água Funda / São Paulo – ZIP Code: 04329-900.
Only the address stated on the invoice must be that of the pavilion where the event will take place.
11. Is there a specific schedule for refueling and maintenance during the event?
Yes. Maintenance of the booth is authorized only until one hour before the event opening time.
12. During the setup and teardown of the event, is the use of PPE – Personal Protective Equipment mandatory?
Yes, the use of PPE is mandatory for everyone accessing the pavilion during the assembly and disassembly period.
13. Can I wear shorts and/or flip-flops during setup and teardown?
Entry wearing Bermuda shorts, skirts, shorts, or open shoes is not allowed during the setup, decoration, and teardown periods of the event.
14. How do I access the Exhibitor Portal?
Through the link containing the login and operator sent to the email available in the contract.
Your username and password will be provided automatically after contract validation.

15. I bought a booth with basic setup. Who is the official event contractor?

17. Do I need to submit my booth design for review?
Yes, the project must be sent to the technical manager's email projetos@fieramilano.com.br
45 days before the start of assembly for proper analysis of heights and setbacks.
The submission of all documentation is MANDATORY as instructed in the exhibitor manual.
18. I want to hire extra services. How should I proceed?
Speaker: There are several additional services available for contracting through the Exhibitor electronic portal.
Automaker: In case of excess power, plumbing, and compressed air points, the assembly company must inform the exhibitor so that the request can be made on the electronic portal under the forms option.
19. How should I proceed if I missed the deadline to hire extra services?
After the deadline, requests must be made by email: caex@fieramilano.com.br.
20. What is the free credential quota?
Speaker: The amount of free badges varies according to your booth's square footage. This information is available on the exhibitor's electronic portal. After adding the badges to the system, the properly identified Exhibitor themselves, or a bearer identified and authorized by letter, must pick up the badges at CAEX starting from the 1st day of assembly.

Service Provider / Assembly Company: The automaker's credentials are not free and all must be requested and paid for through the provider's electronic portal. Automakers affiliated with SINDIPROM are exempt from payment, provided they request the credentials through the Electronic Manual and, at the time of pickup, deliver a copy of the ID cards at the CAEX – Exhibitor Service Center and proof of payment for the current month's tuition.

21. How do I fill out the Disclosure Data?
Access the exhibitor's electronic portal via the forms icon.
WARNING: This form has a shortened completion time due to the time demand for configuring the Official Event Catalog. The deadline for completion is indicated on the exhibitor's electronic portal next to the numbering of each form.
22. What is the procedure if you lose or forget your badge?
The applicant must appear at CAEX. The replacement copy will have a cost per extra credential issued according to the current table.
23. What is the procedure for hiring a telephone line or internet?

24. Is there security at the event, or should I hire the service for my booth?
Event security is responsible for common areas and access controls. Therefore, it is not the responsibility of the official trade fair security company to watch over the products exhibited in the booths.
Booth security can be contracted directly through the exhibitor's electronic portal with our official security company, or through another company of the exhibitor's choice, being aware that hiring a company other than the official one for the event requires the purchase of a security badge, which will be delivered at CAEX upon presentation of the following documentation for the designated professional:
- Letter of recommendation from the security company;
- Proof of exhibitor nomination, if not done through the electronic portal;
- Simple copy of ID and CPF;
- Certificate of criminal background check;
- Simple copy of the safety training course completion certificate with a current validity period;
- Copy of the retraining course certificate, if applicable.
25. Will any charging station service be available at the Pavilions?
Fiera Milano Brasil does not provide this type of service.
26. What type of electrical voltage is used in the pavilions?
The available voltage in the pavilion is 380V three-phase, which can be transformed into 220V single-phase by the assembler's electrician/technician, and the cost is per KVA. Any voltage change must be provided by the assembler.
26. Will there be a baggage storage area at the venue?
Yes. The event will provide a cloakroom located at the entrance of the fair.
All exhibitors and visitors can use the cloakroom services to store their belongings and walk around the fair with complete practicality and comfort.

The following will be accepted: Handbags, backpacks, and luggage.

27. Are audio and video demonstrations permitted during the event?
The use of sound equipment is strictly prohibited throughout the entire event, which includes the playback of music, audio, soundtracks, or any other sound devices, whether live or recorded.

Yes. The event will provide a cloakroom located at the entrance of the fair.
All exhibitors and visitors can use the cloakroom services to store their belongings and walk around the fair with complete practicality and comfort.
