The future of work, artificial intelligence, neurodiversity, and mental health took center stage at the 2025 Reatech Congress: 360º Inclusion

Event held in São Paulo brought together people with disabilities, major corporations, universities, governments, and allies in a collaborative journey

Inclusion and accessibility were widely discussed and remembered themes in all spheres of society. However, in practice, effective measures are still lacking to implement projects and turn innovative and differentiated ideas into reality that truly bring improvements and a higher quality of life for people with disabilities. With this perspective, the Reatech + Expo Brasil Paralímpico 2025 promoted 360º Inclusion Congress, which debated the future of work, artificial intelligence, neurodiversity, and mental health.

The goal of the meeting was not only to discuss real issues and challenges, but above all, to seek effective solutions and apply these practices in everyday life. Bringing together different sectors and experiences, the event offered paths to inclusion sustained by listening, data, and action. The congress went beyond reflections, ensuring that participants had a transformative experience and left with applicable ideas, strategic contacts, and possible pathways to turn the debated concepts into reality.

During the opening of the congress, the CEO of Fiera Milano Brasil, Maurício Macedo, started the activities and pointed out that the event's audience formed a select group with great transformational power, which made the debates productive and inspiring. “The Inclusão 360º Congress was integrated into the activities of Reatech in 2022 and, since then, has provided the development of opportunities and integration with the labor market.”, concluded.

The CEO of Consolidar Diversidade, the congress organizer, Marcelo Pires, addressed awareness and market bias as criteria to initiate reflection on the subject. “We believe that investment in professional training and education are pillars to encourage companies in this good practice. Bringing together HR managers, public authorities, and organizations was essential to practice the movement of inclusion and change in the market, as a way to generate opportunities and ensure space for professionals with this profile”, he explained.

Also participating in the opening panel was the national secretary for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Anna Paula Feminella. She pointed out that the debates on inclusion covered important topics that are not discussed in universities and that can open up a new critical perspective, without discrimination.“Little is said about inclusive economy. The first thought, when the issue of accessibility and adaptation is raised, is the costs this will generate. It is important to invert this logic and highlight the financial benefits that these actions can bring, such as the generation of new jobs and opportunities, in addition to the insertion of more people into the labor market..”

The first panel of the event was a lecture by writer and speaker Marcos Rossi. An influencer with over 700,000 followers on social media, the international coach also presented the topic “What is impossible for you?” and addressed the difficulties faced by people with disabilities and how to face and overcome them.“I was born without arms and legs and never let my physical limitation stop me from dreaming. The doctors gave me a few months to live, and here I am — which shows that living and believing have no expiration date.”, she stated.

The closing of the congress was led by speaker Pedro Pimenta. A businessman and influencer with around 300,000 followers, he is the founder of Da Vinci Próteses. “At 18, I contracted bacterial meningitis and almost died. Both my arms and legs above the knees were amputated, and I was told I wouldn't adapt to prosthetics. I did my research, formed partnerships, and managed to get a treatment that allowed me to walk again using four full prostheses. Then, I became an advocate for the rights of people with disabilities and have always recognized the importance of being proactive at conferences and prosthetic fairs, in order to help others, just as it happened to me”, he reported.
