City Hall begins scheduling for services related to the Single Ticket

Six services are available with priority for assistance to people with disabilities and the elderly

The City Hall of São Paulo, through SPTrans, began scheduling this Monday (06/15) through the website http://www.sptrans.com.br/atendimento for users who need assistance for six specific services at the Central Post.

Customer service will follow the rules for the operation of commerce and services established by the City Hall through Decree 59,473 of May 29, which regulates the procedure, conditions, and guidelines for the resumption of activities, in accordance with the determination of the State Government.

Advance scheduling will be required for appointments at the Central Clinic. As a result, it is estimated that 30% appointments will be scheduled compared to the pre-pandemic period; in other words, approximately 250 residents will be seen per day.

The services available at this time are essential ones, where attendance is indispensable; they are intended to assist citizens who need to pick up their Bilhete Único card or medical evaluation form and sheet in person, for example.

List of services available for scheduling:

1. Pick-up of the Special Bilhete Único – PWD/Elderly, exceptionally for those who did not receive the card by mail or in case of loss.

2. Collection of the PWD Medical Form (for those who were unable to print it after registering on the website) http://www.sptrans.com.br/deficiente/deficiente/)

3. Pick-up of the Medical Evaluation Form – Atende+ Service (for those who were unable to print the file available at the link http://www.sptrans.com.br/media/1391/fam.pdf)

4. Travel Schedule Modification

4-a. Justification for absence of Atende+ Service (other options: letter, email, fax, and website)http://www.sptrans.com.br/atende/)

6. Atende+ Service Registration

7. Refund of temporary (monthly) credits by issuing a new card due to the suspension of credit usage during the pandemic.

Residents with scheduled appointments must arrive at the Central Station 10 minutes in advance and are required to wear protective masks. It is worth noting that SPTrans maintains online service channels and services performed remotely through the channels www.sptrans.com.br/atendimento and by email: atendimento.idoso@sptrans.com.br (exclusive for seniors).

Bilhete Único users can use SPTrans-accredited applications to recharge their cards and thus avoid traveling to one of the locations in the bus terminals, since this is one of the most sought-after services in these places.

The list of authorized applications for selling Bilhete Único credit is available on the website http://www.sptrans.com.br/app/. Bilhete Único top-ups can also be made via the “Bipay” Facebook page, directly through Messenger, without the need to download the app.
