Coexistir performs labor market inclusion actions at the 19th Reatech

Coexistir, a diversity, inclusion, and employability program whose mission is to engage with companies and organizations seeking to adopt inclusive practices in the job market, will hold activities with its partners at the Sincovaga (Union of Retail Trade of Foodstuffs of the State of São Paulo) booth during the 19th Reatech – International Fair for Inclusion, Accessibility, and Rehabilitation, which takes place from November 20 to 23 in São Paulo.

Visitors will also find at the Sincovaga booth the team from Varejo Contrata, a platform where food retail establishments can advertise available job openings at absolutely no cost to candidates or employers, featuring opportunities in various roles, from stocker and cashier to butcher, store clerk, and administrative assistant, among others. In addition to being free of charge, Varejo Contrata serves as a gateway to the job market for people with disabilities, migrants, immigrants and refugees, young apprentices, and women.

The Center for Professional Learning and Social Assistance (Nurap), a social organization focused on diversity and inclusion, has the mission of welcoming and developing individuals belonging to minoritized classes through training and inclusion in the job market. It offers a series of professionalizing and income-generating courses, including Brazilian Sign Language (Libras), for adolescents and young people, people with disabilities, immigrants and/or refugees, and LGBT individuals. Nurap offers people training and the opportunity to connect with partner companies, while also serving companies that wish to make their environment more diverse and inclusive with its programs and solutions.

With over 24 years of experience, Zuki Saúde Ocupacional is an advisory firm specialized in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) that serves more than 600 companies and 100,000 lives throughout Brazil, and it will also be present at the booth. “Reatech is an event that aligns with one of our most important current focuses, which is to make Zuki an OSH advisory firm that is a reference for companies seeking the inclusion of professionals with disabilities in the labor market, thereby also contributing to a fairer society,” states Ronaldo Brunoro, the company's commercial manager.

In this edition, the booth also features the presence of the São Paulo Chamber for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in the Formal Labor Market, which is a social networking movement coordinated by the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities Project of SRTE/SP, with the participation of governmental and non-governmental, public and private institutions, designed to stimulate studies, promote debate, and mobilize for the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market through compliance with the Quota Law.

“Reatech is always a space of opportunities for inclusion in the job market, but above all of knowledge and contact with innovations to improve accessibility conditions, which is fundamental for the quality of inclusion in its entirety,” evaluates Maria de Fátima e Silva, coordinator of Coexistir.
