iOS Opportunity Program
At the end of the course, graduated students can participate in the iOS Opportunity Program, which seeks job openings primarily among the institution’s partner companies, as well as opportunities for university-level education at partner institutions. Over the course of its 22-year history, IOS has trained more than 36,000 professionals for the Information Technology, Administration, Human Resources, and Retail Customer Service sectors, increasing these families’ income by approximately 40%.
“The pandemic has challenged us to continue the technical training of future professionals, a demand that has become even more urgent and necessary. Young professionals need to be prepared to meet companies” demands for skilled labor during and after the pandemic, since the Technology sector, for example, continues with selection processes and hiring,” says IOS superintendent Kelly Lopes.
