Buzin will bring to Reatech 2019 products to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities
New in the sector, the company launches in the fair the Folding Hygiene Chair and the Wheelchair Ramp developed with recyclable material.
São Paulo, April 2019– Metalúrgica Buzin, which operates in the machining market, is a newcomer in the accessibility segment and will launch at the 16thReatech – International Trade Fair on Rehabilitation, Inclusion and Accessibility and Technologiestwo products that will give more autonomy to disabled people. Despite optimistic expectations, the company highlights the difficulties that the market and the public face in an industry that is still expensive and in the process of evolution in the country.
The insertion of the brand in products of accessibility has occurred when great opportunities were identified in this market. “Although legislation and laws exist, the vast majority are not met, monitored and punished by the competent bodies. In our opinion, this is the main challenge we have to face and make everyone fulfill their role for a better, fairer and more accessible society, “explains Danilo Souza Ribeiro, Research and Development Supervisor at Buzin.
At Reatech, the company will present some new features, including the Folding Hygiene Chair and the Wheelchair Ramp. “This chair was developed with the purpose of facilitating the life of the disabled person in simple cases, such as showering or just going to the bathroom. In addition, the product is practical for travel and changing environments”, says Ribeiro. The great differential is in the ease of transportation. Built with structure in aluminium alloy, it weighs only 8kg, and is easy to package and displace. All this with load capacity up to 120 kg.
Another launch of the brand, the Wheelchair Ramp, facilitates the day-to-day use of wheelchairs, to access only places with steps. The product is contemplated by materials of long duration, recyclable, and weighs only 11.5kg. When closed, it turns a briefcase with a handle, being simple to carry and easy to store.
The launch of these products at the largest fair in the sector in Latin America is a milestone for Buzin. “Although the company has a history of 49 years in the machining market, we have a lot to know about the accessibility segment. That is why Reatech is a great opportunity to present the brand, our know-how, technology and innovative products that we are manufacturing. The show has a fundamental and decisive role in bringing the production chain closer to its buyers and leveraging this segment “, explains Ribeiro.
