Expo Brasil Paralímpico + Reatech 2025 announces schedule with challenges, presentations, and major names in national parasports

Event held by the CPB and Fiera Milano Brasil will bring to São Paulo Expo, from November 6 to 8, sports experiences, cultural attractions, and competitions that celebrate the strength and talent of Brazilian Paralympic athletes.

The Brazilian Paralympic Committee (CPB) and Fiera Milano Brasil are holding the second edition of the Brazilian Paralympic Expo from November 6 to 8, alongside the 20th Reatech – International Fair for Inclusion, Accessibility, and Rehabilitation, one of Latin America's largest initiatives dedicated to promoting accessibility, rehabilitation, and quality of life for people with disabilities.

The event reaffirms its commitment to the dissemination of paralympic sport as an agent of social transformation, promoting a dialogue on accessibility, autonomy, rights, and protagonism. The program includes sports challenges, cultural presentations, thematic panels, and clinics open to the public in the following sports: wheelchair basketball and rugby, fencing for people with impairments, judo, taekwondo, table tennis, badminton, boccia, climbing, archery, powerlifting, CP football, futsal, and wheelchair dance.

The sports schedule begins on November 6, at 10 AM, with the “Basketball Challenge,” bringing together Gabriela Giolo, Sergio Veiga, and Paola Klokler, from wheelchair basketball, teaching the sport to renowned cycling figures such as Lauro Chaman, Jady Malavazzi, and Sabrina Custódia, and canoeing representatives Luis Carlos Cardoso and Miquéias Rodrigues.

On November 7, also at 10 a.m., the “Taekwondo Challenge” will take place, featuring Claro Lopes and Silvana Fernandes, who represent the sport and will introduce it to sitting volleyball athletes Bruna Lima and Suellen Lima, in an encounter that promises to mix technique, learning, and integration between sports.

Art and movement take center stage on November 8 at 2:00 PM, with a special performance by the Brazilian Wheelchair Dance Confederation, followed by a clinic open to the public, reinforcing dance's role as an expression of inclusion and empowerment. Afterwards, at 4:30 PM, the public can watch one of the fair's most anticipated moments: the international wheelchair rugby friendly between Brazil and Great Britain, a spectacle that will bring together technique, intensity, and team spirit.

The programming also includes the screening of a documentary “Collision Course – Brazil's campaign at the 2025 Wheelchair Rugby Americas Championship”, every day at 2 PM, in the Reashow space, as well as the Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Paralympics warm-up, led by Vilma de Fátima Miranda and Jerônimo Carlos Gabriel, who will offer the public the practical experience of the curling simulator, bringing winter sports closer to the Brazilian audience.

In addition to the sports attractions, the event will feature the participation and a special program by the Ministry of Sport, the Brazilian Paralympic Clubs Committee, and the São Paulo Municipal Secretariat of Tourism, reinforcing the integration between sports, inclusion, public policies, and the promotion of accessible tourism.

More than just a fair, the 2025 Brazilian Paralympic Expo is consolidating itself as a gathering of innovation, inspiration, and social transformation, bringing together institutions, companies, startups, and organizations committed to the cause. The public will be able to discover assistive technologies, participate in inclusive workshops and experiences, and interact directly with athletes who are role models both on and off the field.
