Santander Group is participating in Reatech for the second time and, in this 19th edition, brought 40 job openings intended for people with disabilities across its three companies: Santander bank, First, a technology company, and Tools, which operates in operations and customer service. Over the first three days of the event, interviews took place and six people have already been advanced to the final selection stage.
According to the company, most of the job openings are for retail, the commercial area for customer service in stores, but there are also opportunities for the technology sector. Santander expects that candidates in the final stage, if approved, will start working in December.
