TeleApoio covers the entire state, offering specialized care
Thinking about the emotional well-being of people with disabilities during this COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) pandemic, the State Secretariat for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is making TeleSupport available, a psychological support service for the public through digital means.
Carried out by psychologists, social workers, and other professionals in the field of inclusion, and operating at the state level from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., assistance can be provided by email, phone, or application (WhatsApp).
The action is carried out by the Technology and Innovation Center, a facility of the Secretariat, and aims to welcome and guide people with disabilities who are experiencing emotional problems, such as discouragement, stress, or lack of motivation, due to the pandemic.
